** How often do you lift yourself up? How often do you say to yourself "you're beautiful" "you're smart" etc.? If not very often, then 'we' have some things to change. I can't say that I do these things either but why not? I've noticed that most ppl refrain from giving themselves compliments and look to receive them from others. ..but do keep in mind, no one's going to see in you, what you don't already see in yourself. **

You're so right.. It's so easy for people to their own worst critic and point out their own flaws.. And it's hard for people to Love themselves.. that's so crazy! I need to love myself more...
